Quinn Inspections is not a mold remediation company. We only inspect and test — so you receive honest answers without any sales pressure for cleanup services.
Serving the Flathead Valley, Kalispell, Whitefish, Columbia Falls, Bigfork, Polson, Libby, Eureka, and surrounding areas of Northwest Montana for more than 30 years.
Why Choose an Independent Mold Investigation?
Many companies both inspect and remediate mold. This creates a clear conflict of interest — they have a financial incentive to find problems (or exaggerate them).
We do not remediate. Our only job is to accurately assess your property and give you an unbiased report. If mold is present, we tell you. If it is not, we save you from unnecessary expense.
David Quinn has performed mold investigations and indoor air quality testing since 2001 and is an ACAC Council-Certified Residential Mold Inspector (CRMI #12277). Kelly Quinn is also ACAC-certified for environmental testing and mold inspections.

- Guidance on whether remediation is needed and the importance of hiring a separate third-party company for cleanup and post-remediation clearance testing
Understanding Mold
Mold is a natural part of the outdoor environment, but indoor mold growth is a problem. Mold needs moisture and a food source (wood, drywall, carpet, etc.) to grow. Common triggers include roof or plumbing leaks, high humidity, condensation, flooding, or poor ventilation.
Not all molds are equally concerning, but elevated indoor levels — especially certain types such as Stachybotrys — can affect indoor air quality and health, particularly for people with allergies, asthma, or compromised immune systems.
Our investigation focuses on locating the mold, determining the moisture source, and providing data you can act on.
