Our Experience

David Quinn founded Quinn Inspections in 1991 after years as a general contractor and 21 years as an energy efficiency subcontractor. David Quinn became a ACAC Accredited Certified for Mold Testing and Mold Inspections, in 2001. Serving Northwest Montana with extensive knowledge on Mold testing and Indoor Air Quality, to include Residential, commercial, schools, hospitals. He also, is Montana DEQ certified for Asbestos testing. He includes an extensive written documented report, which includes pictures and detailed explanation on the lab results.

Since then, we have completed more than 13,000 inspections.

Kelly Quinn is president of D. Quinn Construction, Inc. Prior to joining the company, Kelly was a self-employed general contractor. He initially focused on remodeling and Residential construction, and log homes. Eventually, he went into Residential and Commercial construction as well as a Certified Roofing Contractor. As a home inspector, he is certified by ASHI and ACAC for Environmental Testing/Mold Inspections.
